VAIL, Colo. -- Warren Buffett's new real estate empire arrives in Colorado on Tuesday.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties is taking over Vail Valley's Prudential Colorado Properties.
According to the Denver Post (http://tinyurl.com/p2jboro0 , HomeServices of America combines Prudential Real Estate and Real Living Real Estate in more than 1,700 U.S. locations. The new brand has been rolling out for most of 2013, but the Vail Valley is its first Colorado location.
