Warren Buffett : OK to tax rich; can help US economy bounce back

Earlier this week, the US National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) said the recession in the US ended in June 2009. However billionaire investor Warren Buffett disagrees and says commonsense says the US is still in recession.
