Feb. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Brennan Lothery reports on Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s decreased stakes in Johnson & Johnson, the world's largest maker of health-care products, and Procter & Gamble Co., the biggest consumer products company.
